I. General Provisions
1. These regulations define the rules for using hosting services provided by LukasIT Hosting, based in the UK/London, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. These regulations are an agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, and their purpose is to regulate the relations between the parties.
2. The Service Recipient, a natural or legal person using hosting services, hereinafter referred to as the Client, undertakes to comply with these regulations and applicable law. Using hosting services means accepting the regulations in their entirety.
3. All contractual provisions and additional arrangements between the Service Provider and the Client take precedence over the provisions of these regulations.




II. Scope of services
1. The Service Provider provides hosting services consisting in providing server space and access to the server to the Client. The scope of services is specified in the hosting package selected by the Client.
2. The Client has the option to choose a hosting package in accordance with the available offers of the Service Provider. Hosting packages differ in technical parameters, disk space, data transfer and additional services, such as network or database allocation range.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the technical parameters of the provided hosting services in order to improve them and adapt them to changing market needs. The Client will be informed of any significant changes in due time.




III. Client's Rights and Obligations
1. The Client undertakes to use hosting services in accordance with applicable law and the principles of social coexistence. The Client bears full responsibility for the content placed on the server and all actions taken as part of the use of hosting services.
2. It is prohibited to place pornographic, offensive, illegal content on the server, as well as materials that may violate the rights of third parties. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove or suspend access to such content without prior notice.
3. The Client bears full responsibility for any violations of copyright and third party rights resulting from the content placed on the server. If the Service Provider receives complaints or reports of legal violations, it may take appropriate steps, including removing the content in question.
4. The Client undertakes not to disrupt the operation of the server and not to take actions that may affect the instability or improper functioning of the hosting infrastructure.
5. The Client is obliged to regularly make backup copies of their data to minimize the risk of information loss. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of the Client's data due to reasons beyond its control.
6. The Service Provider has the right to limit the data transfer speed to 100 Mb/s if the Client uses more than 70% of the connection speed of their package for a period longer than 2 hours. The limitation lasts for 8 hours, after which the speed returns to the original value specified in the package. This applies to packages with unlimited transfer. In the case of servers with limited transfer, the bandwidth is fully available until the data transfer limit is exhausted.




IV. Data protection
1. The Service Provider takes all precautions to protect the Customer's data from loss, access by unauthorized persons and actions aimed at violating the confidentiality of data. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee absolute data protection.
2. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality of the Customer's data due to the fault of the Service Provider, the Service Provider undertakes to inform the Customer of the incident and take steps to limit damages.




V. Payments
1. The Customer undertakes to pay the fees for hosting services on time in accordance with the selected package and the applicable price list. Hosting services are available on a subscription basis, and payments are made in advance for a specified period of time.
2. In the event of late payments, the Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of hosting services. The Customer will be notified of the unpaid payments and will be given a specified time to settle them.
3. In the event of failure to settle the overdue payments within the specified period, the Service Provider reserves the right to delete the Customer's data after three days and terminate the hosting services agreement.




VI. Final provisions
1. These regulations shall enter into force upon their publication on the Service Provider's website. The Client undertakes to familiarize themselves with the regulations before starting to use the hosting services.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. The Client will be informed of the changes electronically or by placing information on the website. Changes to the regulations shall enter into force on the date specified by the Service Provider.
3. In the event of a breach of the provisions of these regulations, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the provision of hosting services without prior notice. The Client will be informed of the reasons for the termination of the agreement.
4. Any disputes arising from these regulations shall be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable law.
5. These regulations are available on the Service Provider's website for easy access and the possibility of familiarizing oneself with their content.
